Using Darija Club

You may use the website and course for personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or share paid access with others.

Membership access

All listed plans provide access to the same course content for the duration purchased. Access begins when checkout is completed and ends at the close of the selected membership period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

Payments and refunds

Payments will be processed by Whop or another identified checkout provider. Prices and any applicable refund terms will be shown before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not limited by these terms.

Course content

Lessons, audio, downloads, branding and other materials belong to Darija Club or its licensors. You may download included guides for personal use, but may not copy, resell, publish or distribute course content.

Learning outcomes

Darija Club provides educational content and practice tools but cannot guarantee a particular level of fluency or outcome. Progress depends on factors including prior experience, consistency and real-world practice.

Availability and changes

We may improve, update or reorganise course content and website features. We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access at all times.

Ending access

We may suspend access when these terms are seriously breached, including account sharing, unlawful use or unauthorised distribution of materials.
